£11,900,000 – Southeast England

Puma Property Finance has completed an £11.9 million funding package to experienced care operator Care Concern Group, for the development of a care home in Yarnton, Oxfordshire. When completed the 3-storey care home will have 73 rooms with 100% ensuite wet room provision, and will offer a range of amenities such as fitness rooms, beauty therapy facilities and a café. Oxfordshire is an area of the UK suffering from an undersupply of care home beds, particularly those with ensuite wet rooms, making this a welcome development. The care home is scheduled for completion in August 2023 and will then be operated by Care Concern.
