£5,700,000 – Northwest England

Puma Property Finance has completed a £5.7 million deal to finance the development of a health and social care development in Wigan. The care home is a purpose-built scheme featuring 66 ensuite rooms, communal facilities including several lounges, dining facilities, a cinema, hairdresser, guest rooms for relatives and a nurse station. The site covers 0.75 acre and has associated parking and gardens.

This scheme is focused on building and expanding the provision of care home locations across the UK to meet increasing demand.
