Our story
Over a decade ago, we were established as part of the Puma Capital Group - an investment group that specialises in alternative asset management.
Our mission is to provide flexible lending solutions to property developers and investors. To date, we've funded over £2 billion in property developments and funded projects all across the UK.

Strong track record
Working across a variety of sectors, we can assist with the financing on residential and commercial developments across the UK. We are particularly focused on supporting the living sector and operational real estate including care homes, student accommodation and hotels.
We've also been able to attract more than £500 million of funding from established institutional investors, to complement the funds raised by Puma Investments, the retail investment division of the Puma Capital Group.
