Across the Group, we're proud to have built a diverse team with half of our team female, over 30% from underrepresented minorities and the majority of our functions are headed up by women.

Our policies and practices focus on ensuring we live our beliefs in a tangible and proactive manner. These include blind recruitment, ensuring every single member of our staff has comprehensive training on inclusivity and also embedding our values into all stages of our employee lifecycle.

Our commitment to increasing and supporting visible and non visible diversity include partnering with many organisations and bodies to help support us on this journey. These include Pearn Kandola, Genius Within, Progress Together as well as the 10,000 Black Interns Foundation. We actively run education, training and facilitated conversational initiatives throughout the year to ensure we keep these important conversations alive.

Wellbeing

Our team's wellbeing is of critical importance. Our market-leading wellbeing program, Kintsugi, encompasses a holistic approach by addressing four key elements: physical, mental, nutrition, and sleep.

Kintsugi is named after the Japanese tradition of taking something broken and repurposing it with gold - the symbolism of taking care of something imperfect (as we all are) and the act of care making it even more beautiful resonates with our approach on supporting our staff in a variety of ways. It's available for all of our staff, for free, from the moment they join.
