Refinancing development funding

For certain development projects we fund, we may also be able to provide a stabilisation loan for up to 24 months. This enables developers to refinance development funding, while the project matures or is marketed for sale. 

 

We will consider both to-sell strategies and operational real estate that needs time to reach maturity.
