Puma Property Finance has completed a £13.5 million loan to fund the construction of a retail park in Hampshire, comprising 2 pre-let retail warehouses, which were pre-sold to an institutional fund. The loan has also financed the construction of 4 further industrial units in the same location. This deal has now been successfully exited.
